Beer lovers and book lovers should head to Read Write Brew tonight from 6-8 to meet Ed Sealover, the author of Mountain Brew: : A Guide to Colorado’s Breweries. The book tells the story of each of these institutions, detailing their histories, quirks and signature beers. Author Ed Sealover spent two years traveling the state and speaking with brewers to learn what makes each place special, from the world-renowned New Belgium Brewing Company to Silverton Brewery, which is located in a town so isolated that it shuts its taproom down six months out of the year.
