Golden Action for Public Safety (GAPS), a new group that addresses issues of public safety, such as gun laws and mental health, will meet tonight at 6:30. The meeting will take place in the Harmony Village Community Center, #1001. Here are the directions: from 19th Street, go south on Illinois to the end; that’s Harmony Village – park on Illinois, and go through the archway, past the resident units, straight ahead to the large Community Center.
The Golden Library Book Group will meet at 6:30 at the Community Center (1470 10th Street). They will be discussing A Farewell to Arms by Ernest Hemingway.
The Foothills Running and Cycling Club will meet tonight at 6 for a trail run. The location varies, so contact Kemp to verify this week’s location.
