Foothills Art Center has two shows worth seeing right now. The first is the annual Holiday Art Market, which features fine arts and crafts, perfect for holiday giving, in a wide range of prices. The second is an exhibit in the Community Gallery (the building with the turret, south of the main Foothills building). “Foot X Foot” features the work of Jefferson County Schools art students. Each work is in a 12” square format and is accompanied by the “big idea” that inspired the piece. The main gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10-5 and Sunday from noon-5. The Community Gallery is open Tuesday through Friday from 10-5.
