With our usual hyper-local obsession, Golden.com’s real estate page shows only the houses available within the city limits of Golden. For those of us who live here, it’s kind of fun to see what comes up on the market. For those who don’t, but might want to, it provides a quick way of finding out what’s available right now in Golden. Since we last updated the page (2 weeks ago), four houses have sold, seven new ones have become available, and there have been a few price reductions. If you’re interested, check it out!
