The Quilt Museum will offer a “Make and Take Project” class tomorrow morning for kids ages seven and older.  This month they’ll be making quilted postcards that can be mailed.  They would make great Valentine’s Day gifts!  The Museum’s goal is to expose both boys and girls to quilting and sewing. They hope to spark their interest in a life-long passion and appreciation for the art of the needle. Projects are small and simple enough to complete in class, but challenging enough that children learn how to sew or quilt. $15 per person includes all materials. Call 303-277-0377 to reserve a spot.

There are only two more weekends–six more performances–for the current play at Miners Alley.  Don’t miss it–it’s funny!  This weekend’s performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 and Sunday at 6.

The new brewery, Cannonball Creek Brewing Company (393 N. Washington Ave.), will be open starting at 3 PM today through Sunday.
