The Green Paw (1299 Washington Avenue) has a new owner, and she will be holding an open house from 4 till 8, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:30.  Expect refreshments, dog treats, coupons, and a dog adoption.

As mentioned yesterday, both Foothills Art Center and the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum have opening night receptions for new exhibits tonight.

Tonight is the first Movies and Music in the Park.  Head to Parfet Park (10th and Washington) at 7 to hear Dr. Harlan’s Amazing Bluegrass Tonic.  The movie, Puss in Boots, will start at dusk.  Bring your lawn chairs or blankets!
