City Employees Reduce Work Week to 32 Hours

The City piloted a program last summer where Police Department employees worked a 4-day, 32-hour week instead of 40 hours/week. City management has been pleased with the results, so the other City departments are now adopting the 4-day, 32-hour week.

There will be no reduction in pay or benefits.
