According to the meeting notes, it was attended by “more than 30” members of the public, who expressed the following capital improvement priorities for the various urban renewal areas:

6:30PM The Historic Preservation Board will meet at 6:30 in the Public Works building. The City would like to sell the Astor House, and the Board will hear about its proposed commercial use.
