Flavors of Golden
Don’t forget tonight’s Flavors of Golden potluck at the Masonic Lodge (map), from 5-7. This dinner was organized to provide Golden people from different backgrounds to meet and talk to each other, so you are most definitely invited! Bring a dish to share.

City Meetings
The Historic Preservation Board will meet tomorrow night at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They will be asked to approve a second floor addition to a pre-1873 house at 810 10th Street in the 8th and 9th Street Historic District.  See the meeting packet for more information….

The Parks, Recreation, and Museums Board meets Tuesday night at the Community Center. Not a lot of details are available. This is the entire agenda: 1. Crime Prevention – Park Rules Discussion 2. Special Interest Group Process Discussion.

VOTE
Do you still have a ballot sitting around your house?  Tuesday is election day, and your ballot must be in by 6PM Tuesday.  It’s too late to mail it, but there’s ballot box in the vestibule at City Hall (map), which is accessible 24 hours a day.  If you have ever groused about anything regarding Golden and you have not voted…well, you’re not entitled to grouse.  Check out the City Council candidates, pick the one you like, and VOTE.
