Mindfulness Workshop at the Library
Denise Richter of Golden Life Coaching will present “From Mind Full to Mindful (A Mindfulness Workshop)” from 6:30-7:30 at the Library.  As we enter the holiday season, it can be difficult to stay present and manage the stress and expectations that come along with this time of year. This free workshop will be focused on ways to cultivate mindfulness, deal with your emotions, and stay present during busy times. I hope to see you many of you there!
