Tomorrow night, after the City Council meeting, they're planning to hold an "Executive Session" (no cameras, no audience) "to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and instructing negotiators regarding property on 24th Street southwest of Delong Park."
City staff has determined that this neighborhood is ideally suited for low-income housing, so that may be the plan for this proposed purchase.
