Planning Commission will meet tonight at 6:30 for a study session regarding the alleys in the Central Neighborhoods. A number of alleys are platted throughout the area, but many are in poor shape and some have been semi-absorbed into adjacent private property. The Commission will consider creating a policy to allow the city to reclaim the alleys over time, so they can be used for vehicle access and parking.
