The City is offering flu shots for only $25 Wednesday at the Golden Community Center (1470 10th Street). The service will be available from 7-10 this morning and 3:30-6 this afternoon. Children must be at least 4 to receive the shot, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
The Colorado Supreme Court will conduct a hearing Wednesday morning at Golden High School. The Colorado Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in two cases on before an audience of students. The public also is invited to attend. A question-and-answer session, during which the students may ask questions of the attorneys, will follow the arguments in each case. At the conclusion of the second argument, the students also will have the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer session with the Supreme Court justices.
