The Golden History Center continues their excellent fall lecture series on Tuesday from 5-6pm. This lecture will address the history of Golden Fortnightly, its evolution from Chautauqua Circle to the present, and how it reflects the history of both Golden and Colorado. This evolution highlights some well known people in the Golden and Denver areas, and their contributions to the education of early local women.
The Economic Development Commission meets tonight. They will discuss the possible restructuring of GURA/EdComm/Marketing activities and will recap the recent networking event they hosted for Golden’s primary employers..
