Toby’s Pet Parade takes place this morning. I went last year, and it is a very cute event. Dog owners dress their pets in costumes, take them on a brief parade, have their picture taken, and then party in Parfet Park. Learn more and join them!
Thomas the Tank Engine will be visiting the Railroad Museum this weekend and the next two. If you have little ones, you should take them to enjoy not only the ride with Thomas but a petting zoo, temporary tattoos, Imagination Station (train table play area), sing-a-longs, bean bag toss, hula hoops, bubbles, ladder golf & a magic show! Some of the timeslots are already sold out, so if you plan to go, buy your tickets soon.
At 3PM have Coffee with Two Councilors at Cafe 13. This is your monthly opportunity to hear from and ask questions of our two district councilors, Saoirse Charis-Graves and Casey Brown.
The Golden Super Cruise happens tonight from 5-8:30. Head to South Golden Road to check out all the classic beauties and talk to their owners.
