Tomorrow morning (Friday November 10th) from 1-3PM, the League of Women Voters will host an orientation meeting at the Golden Library. You may have wondered, “What does the League of Women Voters do?” They’ll answer that question tomorrow. Briefly–they engage public participation in local government. They learn, discuss, and take action to make a difference within the community. Join the League as they make democracy work! The event is free and open to all.
