The Library’s DIY lab is open tonight from 5:30-7:30, so feel free to stop by and tinker, invent, and reimagine, using their cool tools.
The Quilt Museum’s annual book sale is going on now. They have dozens and dozens of books available for purchase, including magazines, reference guides, novels, and all books quilting and craft related. The book sale runs through Saturday at 2PM.
On Saturday, they’re having the big annual garage sale. They always have a have a great collection of fabric, quilting accessories and kits. Both sales take place at their 200 Violet Street location (map). FYI, this is where the Quilt Museum is moving sometime this fall.
If you were thinking of attending this fall’s Public Works Academy, tomorrow (Friday the 26th) is the deadline to apply.
