Three Weeks to the Golden Gallup

On Sunday, September 26th, Golden’s will celebrate the 10th annual Golden Gallop, the only 5k/10k/Kid’s Fun Run to use downtown Golden as its backdrop.  You can still sign up to run!

Starting in the center of historic downtown Golden, the Golden Gallop begins beneath the famous ‘Welcome’ arch, and finishes in Parfet Park near Race Central. Proceeds from the Golden Gallop benefit the Golden Schools Foundation (GSF) in support of our eight Golden neighborhood articulation schools. Learn more about GSF at www.goldenschoolsfoundation.org.

Volunteers Needed
With over 2,000 participants expected, the 10th Annual Golden Gallop could not exist without volunteers. When you volunteer for the Golden Gallop, you get a chance to serve the community and have lots of fun doing it! Proceeds from the race support the Golden Schools Foundation and our 8 neighborhood schools.

Grab some family members and friends then sign up. Whether it’s as a course marshal, registration assistant, or finish line volunteer, there is a position that is guaranteed to fit your needs and deliver some fun! Click this link to sign up.

The Mother Cabrini Shrine on Lookout Mountain is hosting a concert this afternoon.
