The Golden Urban Renewal Authority (GURA) will meet tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers.  This board, city staff, and the developer have been negotiating a Tax Increment Financing agreement regarding the parcel on the south side of 24th and Jackon (across the street from the high school).  Staff is recommending the board accept the current version of the agreements, subject to a few last-minute tweeks.

The Economic Development Commission (EdComm) will meet tomorrow night at 6:30 in City Council Chambers.  Note that this is new and welcome change.  This group has been meeting at the Planning Department, where the recording equipment was inadequate and resulted in significant delays before meetings were posted.  They will discuss an April 13th event at the School of Mines in which Entrepreneurship and Innovation will be celebrated.
