Dinosaur Ridge is hosting a big event, today through Sunday. Based on the television program Dinosaur TrainTM produced by The Jim Henson Company, an officially licensed event will be held at the Dinosaur Ridge Visitor Center June 19-21. Characters, music and themes from the educational show together with several fun and educational activities will be directed at 2 through 7 year olds, but siblings, and adults can play and ride along, too. Tomorrow morning from 10-12, the Golden History Center is hosting a walking tour. Visit historic sites along Clear Creek in Golden as well as the downtown historic buildings and Victorian cottages in the historic districts.
