I used to hear occasional complaints that I didn’t give people enough forewarning about events in Golden–that they needed time to schedule things. In response, I added the preview of events on the 1st of every month and a preview of the next day in most of the daily emails. There are a lot of interesting events today, so I made yesterday’s preview extra-prominent, including pictures for tonight’s lecture at the history museum as well as the one that I’m giving at Golden Beer Talks. I only talked to three people all day yesterday, and two of the three thought that my talk about Funiculars was last night.
