The Mountaineering Center is the place to be tonight. The Mountaineering Museum is having Thirsty Third Thursday from 5:30 till 8:30. The Golden City Brewery has provided a keg, and the Malingerers are providing the music. Free giveaways will abound, and a fall craft table will be on hand for the kids. Admission to the museum is free. A $2 donation is suggested for the beer.
At 6:30, also in the Mountaineering Center, you can attend a program on avalanches. This is the perfect time of year to gain awareness of the powerful forces of avalanches. LEARN to make good decisions this winter!
