The Library will host “Lego Play & Build” today (Tuesday 3/15) from 4-5PM. Everyone is welcome. Their monthly book club meets tonight from 6-7. They’re discussing A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson.
Tomorrow from 4-5, the Library offers DIY Kids, for kids who love to invent, create and reimagine things. This time, they will be exploring acoustics and experimenting with different sounds. Ages 6-11…register in advance.
Speaking of the Library–what do you think of the new book-light/activity-heavy approach to libraries? Jefferson County residents are invited to attend community meetings sponsored by Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL). Library executives will share recent accomplishments, preview coming attractions and invite community feedback. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
