Bring your family and a picnic dinner and enjoy an evening of great music as you relax on the lawn.

M-Climb - Colorado School of Mines - Golden Colorado

The incoming students for the Colorado School of Mines will do their traditional M-Climb this morning.  They will hike up Mt. Zion with a 10-pound rock from their hometown to add to the M. As is tradition, they will coat their rock with fresh whitewash at the mountainside monument.  The M Climb will kick off around 7:30 a.m. on the South Intramural Fields as members of Blue Key Honor Society spray paint the hard hats of incoming students. Then the students will hike up Mt. Zion to add their rock to the M.  Keep an eye on the M this morning to see if you can spot them!

Don’t forget tomorrow night’s opening reception for the Golden Fine Arts Festival.  It runs from 5:30-7, so you’ll have plenty of time to do that before the movie!
