The Buffalo Bill Museum is having Buffalo Bill’s Western Roundup today from 9-5. Meet Buffalo Bill and Annie Oakley. Learn how a civil war cannon works. Shake hands with Native Americans and learn about their culture. These are just a few of the FREE activities you will be able to enjoy as we celebrate the end of another wonderful summer with Buffalo Bill’s Fall Roundup! Throughout the afternoon the Museum will highlight the skills and knowledge of our volunteers, provide craft and hands-on activities for kids, and offer an abundance of photo opportunities. The best part? Admission is free! The museum’s director, Steve Friesen, is retiring this month, so this is your chance to say goodbye!
From 12:30-1:30 at the Golden Library, Colorado Author LeAnna DeAngelo discusses her novel Maestro Satriano: The First Musician to Perform at Red Rocks.
Members of the DAR are at Calvary Episcopal Church today at 4PM to celebrate the signing of the Constitution. The church bells will ring in celebration, and you’re welcome to join in with hand bells.
