City Council will meet at 6:30 this evening in City Council Chambers. They will hold a public hearing and vote on a preliminary subdivision plat for the old Shelton Ranch, which is a 9-acre site that will be split into 13 lots. Council’s next meeting will be on February 8th. On that night, they will have a public hearing on whether to institute a 180 day moratorium on new applications for short term or vacation rentals.
