The Friends of the Jefferson County Public Library’s Spring Whale of a Used Book Sale will happen this weekend at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds May 31-June 2. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free.
And for the first time at the Spring Sale, the Friends Preview Night will take place from 6-8:30 p.m. Thursday, May 30 and is open to Friends members only. Join today or join at the door.
You’ll be swimming in more than 100,000 books, CDs, DVDs, videos, audiobooks with prices ranging from 50 cents to $2.50 on most items. Sunday is Bag Day where for just $6 you can stuff as many items as you can fit in a grocery size bag
