The Library is having their weekly DIY Lab tonight from 5:30-7:30. They’ll have everything from sewing machines to soldering irons to help you start or finish a project. Stop in and get busy. They’re also offering a DIY Demo of LEGO Mindstorms, which are programmable robotics kits, from 1-3. Suitable for all ages. More information about Library events….
Tomorrow night, the Library is offering an Escape Room adventure for teens from 6-8:15PM. These are popular, so register in advance.
City Council meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They will be honoring two “Senior Heroes” for their long-term service to the community, and voting on a new procedure which is designed to give City Council more, and earlier, input into the annual budget. This should be a short meeting, but it will be a “regular business meeting,” so they will be taking public comment. That happens at the beginning of the meeting, so if you have anything to say to them, be there by 6:30. The meeting will be broadcast live on cable TV and through the City’s website.
