– Changing the definition of a household
– Allowing dormers as bulk plane enhancements in R2 and R3 zones
– Allowing Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to be larger
– Allowing ADUs within duplexes
– Eliminating the requirement that property owners provide parking spaces for their ADUs
