The Library is hosting a program at 6:00 called Snakes Alive – Jefferson County’s Snakes. Slither in to Golden Library and learn about Jefferson County’s most common reptiles. An Open Space Park Ranger discusses snake identification, illustrates bite first aid and even debunks some common myths while sharing some live snakes during this informative hands-on demonstration.
Shelton Elementary (420 Crawford Street, Golden, CO map) will be hosting a meeting about school funding initiatives, including Amendment 73, mill levy and bond measure from 6-7PM this evening.
The Planning Commission has a study session (no public comment) tonight at 6:30PM in City Council Chambers. They will be joined by members of City Council and the Mobility and Transportation Advisory Board (MTAB) to discuss building a Transportation Master Plan.
