Just a reminder–Golden Rotary is sponsoring a Community Wellness Fair at Golden High School today from 9:45AM-3PM. They’ll have mental health professionals who will lead classes and discussions, including social media and mental health, bullying, art therapy, coping strategies for depression and anxiety, early signs of substance abuse, among other important subjects. The fair will be a day of family-friendly education, resources, games, prizes and entertainment – all about mental well-being. Today’s Golden History Roundtable will blast through the 20th and 21st centuries in Golden. This includes the dawn of tourism, two World Wars, the Depression, auto-mania, the end of the streetcars, housing shortages, housing surpluses, and downtown’s death and rebirth. The talk starts at noon and will run for about an hour at the Golden Library.

The Quilt Museum is having a panel discussion from 1-3 this afternoon. Join a few local quilters from our Boys Just Wanna Have Fun exhibit.
