The memorial service for Heinie Foss will be held next Friday, May 29th, at 1PM in the Foss Auditorium in the American Mountaineering Center. His obituary is now available online.
The Railroad Museum is celebrating model trains and railways this month, so their garden railway will be even more fun than usual. In addition, they will be showing a documentary about model trains at 11, 12, 1, 2, and 3PM. Since this is Saturday, they will also be offering train rides today.

Colorado Haunted History wants you to remember that the best scary stories start with, “It was a dark and stormy night…” They’ll be giving their “Murder, Mayhem and Madness Tour of Golden” tonight, starting at the Visitors Center (10th & Washington) at 8PM. The cost of the tour is $15 for adults and $10 for children under 13.
