The Farmers Market runs this morning from 8-1. They sell produce, bread, meat, preserved food, and food made to order, right on the spot. Come for breakfast, stay for lunch, and go home with the groceries!
The Railroad Museum is holding a Wild West Day today. Should be a lot of fun, with cowboys, lawmen, and gun slingers hanging out. Expect hold-ups and train robberies and shoot-outs. In the end, we’re certain that justice will prevail. Denver author Dick Kreck will be in the museum store between 10 and 11:30, signing copies of his new book, Hell on Wheels.
The full moon is tonight. In fact, this will be a “Super Full Moon,” which happens when the moon is closer to the earth than normal. It will appear at its largest at about 5:30 Sunday morning.
