The Golden Police will host Santa Claus from 5-7PM in City Council Chambers. Come meet Police Officers and get your picture taken with Santa! Kids, bring your letters to Santa. Officers will be collecting letters and making sure Santa receives them.

Miss Stephanie is holding a family holiday sing-a-long at the Golden Community Center this afternoon from 4:30-5:15. The maximum capacity of the class is 20 people, so you might want to call the community center (303-384-8100) to make sure there’s still room. $10 for first 2 children/$7 for each additional child.

Bring your gifts to the Old Capitol Grill this evening from 5-8PM and Girl Scout Cadettes will wrap them for you, while you wait! Donations are welcome.

The Foothills Running and Cycling Club will have their Jingle Bell Run tonight from 5:45-8PM. They’ll start and finish at Barrels and Bottles, then go for a run and enjoy the holidays lights. Afterwards, they’ll enjoy soup and sandwiches at Barrels and Bottles.

Dinosaur Ridge is offering a free lecture from 6-7PM at their Discovery Center, 17681 W. Alameda Pkwy. Tonight’s topic is Mammals (Early evolution-Mesozoic).

The Library will host Generations X, Y, and Z from 6;30-7:30. Tonight, they’ll be making Unique Ornaments.
