The Quilt Museum is holding their Opening Reception tonight for the new shows: the Biennial Men’s Exhibit: “Boys Just Wanna Have Fun Too” and “My Road to Denver” by the Wa Shonaji Quilt Guild. Many thanks to the Honorable Mayor Sloan and Golden City Council for last night’s proclaiming of February as Heart and Soul of Golden month! Representatives from The Golden Visitors Center, Jefferson Symphony, Miners Alley Playhouse, Colorado Railroad Museum, GoldenToday.com, Colorado Cowboy Gathering, Golden Beer Talks, Golden Landmarks Association, Dinosaur Ridge, the Colorado Environmental Film Festival, and the Golden Library were on hand to receive the Proclamation.
