The Historic Preservation Board meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers. They have been asked to provide two Certificates of Appropriateness for projects in historic districts. The owners of 1013 12th St plan to add a second story to their garage for use as an accessory dwelling unit. The owners of 504 18th St plan to add a new front porch to their home. After the business meeting, the board will hold a study session in which someone from History Colorado will describe possible grants for our proposed Territorial Capital District, and Board Chair Suzy Stutzman will share highlights of the Saving Places conference.
