The Denver Postcard Show is happening this weekend at the Jeffco Fairgrounds (map). They’re open today from 11AM-7PM and tomorrow from 9:30AM-4:30PM.
The Denver Postcard Show is unique. Why? Because of the many friendly faces and the variety of merchandise at every show! Not only will you find thousands of antique and collectible postcards but also trade cards, stereoview cards, photographs and other paper memorabilia. For beginning collectors there are even bargain boxes of cards starting at 25 cents each. Door prizes are contributed by the dealers. Typically these are spending certificates that can be used at the dealer’s booth. Food is available on site and there is plenty of free parking. $5.00 Admission
Looking for some live music? Dogs Love Trucks will be playing in the bar at the Buffalo Rose today from 4-7PM. Tim Stiles will be playing at Barrels & Bottles tonight from 6-9PM. Yoshi and Dan Z. will be at Golden Moon Speakeasy from 8-11.
