Daytime Play for the Kids: “The Percussion Lady” will be at the Library from 2-3 for a pounding 45-60-minute session (Rhythm, Fun and Then Some) with creative movement, storytelling, and playing percussion instruments in a rhythm band jam. The program is geared primarily for ages 4-9, but we’ll have elements attractive to older elementary-age children, too… because everyone likes to get wiggly and loud, right? From 4-5, the Library will have Lego Play & Build for all ages.
Evening Play for the Grownups: The Buffalo Rose has line dancing from 5-7 and Geeks Who Drink from 6:30-9:30. The Library’s monthly Book Group will discuss The Wright Brothers by David McCullough from 6-7. The Ace Hi has Trivia starting at 7. The VFW has Bingo starting at 6. The Colorado Mountain Club has an orientation meeting for new or potential members from 6:30-8:30.
The moon will be full tonight, so it’s a marvelous night for a moondance.
