The Planning Commission meets tonight at 6:30 in the City Council Chambers. They will conduct a public hearing on the proposed site plan for the Natural Grocers store that will replace the Golden Bowl. They will also review a proposed zoning change that will permit 173 new apartment units and neighborhood retail to built at 520 Golden Ridge Rd.
