The Holiday Homes tour is today! Enjoy a walk through some of Golden’s historic and distinguished homes. The tour will include historic architecture, new–built homes, and some in-between. The self-paced tour begins and ends in historic downtown with stops in the Historic Courthouse Hill area, East Street Historic and Twelfth Street Historic Districts, as well as the Welch Addition. Check in for the tour at the Gardner Law Office, located at 805 13th Street (map).
There will be free carriage rides downtown from 12-4.
There are still some tickets for tonight’s performance of Songs for a New World, the holiday play at Miners Alley Playhouse. If you haven’t gone yet, you’d better buy your tickets soon, as they definitely sell out at this time of the year. The remaining performances are tonight at 6, the 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, and 20th at 7:30, and the 14th and 21st at 2PM.
