City Council meets tonight at 6:30 in City Council Chambers.  As always, you can watch them live through the City website on on Comcast cable TV.  City staff has adjusted the proposed plan for paid parking downtown, and Council is expected to vote on it tonight.  There is no public hearing on this resolution (they’ve already had two), so if you have any last-minute thoughts, you need to be there at 6:30 to speak during the general public comment.  You can also send an email to citycouncil@cityofgolden.net or call your representativeSee the details in the meeting packet.


The Library is having DIY Explorer (grades 6-12) today from 4-5, followed by DIY Lab (drop in/all ages) from 5:30-7:30.  Learn more….


Tonight’s Music:
Barrels & Bottles has Wylie “Crazy Horse” Jones playing tonight from 6-9.  The Buffalo Rose will have live music on the patio this afternoon:  “Dogs Love Trucks” at 11:30 and Bill McKay at 4.  They’ll have Open Mic Night starting at 7.  The Golden Hotel has Ben There from 6-9.


Buffalo Bill Days
The Chamber of Commerce is getting a jump start on Buffalo Bill Days today with a luncheon at the Railroad Museum.   There’s also a Golf Tournament, starting at 1:30, which helps raise money to put on Buffalo Bill Days.

For most of us, the real action starts tomorrow night, when the vendors open and the music starts in at 5PM in Parfet Park.
