10AM This month’s Coffee with a Councilor will be held in the Harmony Village Common House at 1001 Cottonwood Circle (map). You’ll need to park outside of the development, on Illinois Street. This is Saoirse Charis-Graves’ final Coffee with a Councilor. She’s been doing them since 2011! She’s set a great precedent for giving Golden residents direct access to City Council members. In addition to Saoirse, we can expect to see her successor JJ Trout and our other District Councilor, Casey Brown.
11AM Olde Golden Christmas on Parade starts at 11 and runs along Washington Avenue, from 10th Street to 13th Street. This will be followed by all sorts of fun things downtown, including carriage rides, hayrides, Santa visits, and dog cart rides. Woody’s is holding an open house and fund raiser for their new delivery and take-out kitchen. Don’t miss any of it!
