Golden Unveils Statue Honoring Volunteer Firefighters

The Golden Fire Department invites media and guests to the official unveiling of a statue to honor nearly 150 years of volunteer fire service in the City of Golden. The bronze statue depicts three life-sized figures – a male firefighter kneeling beside a child, and a female firefighter with her hand on the child’s shoulder.

WHO: City of Golden Volunteer Firefighters and Austin Weisel, the artist and owner of Honorable Sculptures Inc.
