Miners Alley Playhouse is celebrating the opening of their new play tonight. If you’re lucky enough to get tickets for tonight’s performance, you can attend the opening night buffet afterwards, with food provided by the Table Mountain Inn. “Lungs” will run through October 14th, with performances every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30PM and Sundays at 2PM.

The Fire Department is hosting Safety and Preparedness Day tomorrow from 10AM-2PM tomorrow. The event is free, and the entire family is encouraged to attend. People can take advantage of a car seat check station, live fire demonstration, game-based fire and burn education or all ages, and tours of fire trucks and ambulances. Calling all #vanlife purveyors and fans for Powder7’s Second Annual Adventure Van Meet Up. Show off your adventure rig or just come to admire cool vans and hear tales from the open road. Guests include TouRig, Colorado Adventure Vans, and others. There will be coffee.
