The Local Licensing Authority will meet tomorrow at 2:30PM in City Council Chambers. The new restaurant that’s moving into the Grappa space, Sassafras, will be applying for a Golden liquor license. The new management company for the Fossil Trace restaurant is also applying for a liquor license. The Sherpa House is requesting permission to expand their patio. A new business, Colorado Plus Cidery & Pub, has purchased the laundromat on Arapahoe Street and is applying for a license for the manufacture, distribution, and sale of vinous liquor in sealed containers for consumption off the premises of the licensee only and for the consumption of malt, vinous & spiritous liquor on the premises of the licensee only at 1100 Arapahoe Street.
The School of Mines will host a meeting tomorrow night (Weds 4/26) from 5:30-6:30 for their Golden neighbors. They will provide an update on their current development plans. The meeting will be in the Green Center, Petroleum Hall – 924 16th St. (map)
