The Buffalo Bill Museum is celebrating Bill’s birthday today. Admission is FREE all day, from 10AM-5PM. Join them at noon to sing Happy Birthday and enjoy free cake & ice cream. They’ll have hands-on activities and special programs in the museum from 12:30-4PM, and these presentations:
12:30 “The Show Business” Buffalo Bill talks about his time on stage with Ned Buntline and Texas Jack.
1:00 Rex Rideout presents instruments and music from the era of Buffalo Bill.
1:30 Mrs. Cody shares her saga of meeting Bill, marriage and life on the plains.
2:00 Native American Flute
2:30 Buffalo Bill on the antics of Wild Bill Hickok on stage with Bill’s new combination.
3:30 Mrs. Cody on Buffalo Bill’s tragic last days.

The School of Mines Symphony will perform this afternoon from 2-3PM at the Ben Parker student center. Learn more…. The Jefferson Symphony performs their winter concert at 4PM in Wheat Ridge. Learn more…. On Tuesday night at 7PM the Golden High School Orchestra Chamber will perform at the Methodist Church (1500 Ford Street).
