Tuesday will be fairly uneventful, but we’ll have an exciting Planning Commission meeting tomorrow night (Wednesday).
Tuesday
The South Golden Merchants will meet at 2PM at Golden Real Estate (17695 South Golden Road – map).
Bell Middle School has a PTA meeting this afternoon at 5PM.
The City website says there will be a Mobility and Transportation Advisory Board meeting tonight at 6PM, but as of Monday night, they have not posted an agenda. Look for it here.
Wednesday
The Planning Commission will consider four cases on Wednesday evening.
1) A new, 4-story, 107-unit apartment building at 1750 Jackson St.
2) 8 new condos at 148 Washington Avenue.
3) Rezoning 6 parcels (602, 606, 609 and 610 6TH St. and 600, 610-612 Ford St) from R1 (single family home) to R2 (multi-family home). If these parcels are rezoned, they will be positioned for redevelopment as condos or apartments.
4) Proposed regulations for short-term rentals in Golden.
