One of the best ways to instill the love of reading in children is to read to them. The Golden Library (1019 10th St.) has a wonderful collection of children’s books. They also have storytimes six days a week. Kids love the socializing, and librarians pick really good stories!

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM All Ages Storytime
This storytime is for all ages but geared to 2-6 year olds. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tuesday
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM Preschool Storytime
This storytime is for children 4-6 years old.
Wednesday
10:15 AM – 10:35 AM Baby Time
For babies up to two years, must be accompanied by an adult.
11:00 AM – 11:25 AM Toddler Storytime
This storytime is for children ages 2-3 and their caregivers.
Thursday
