Native Landscaping

Jeffco Open Space is offering a seminar tonight on the importance of using native plants in your landscaping.  Apparently a lot of people want to know about that, so it sold out almost immediately!  To console all the people who couldn’t get into tonight’s session, Open Space is offering a webinar today from noon – 1PM.  You can register at this link.  If you can’t participate in the noon session, call Lisa Vernon at 303-271-6620 and she can tell you how to watch the recording afterwards.

The Library is hosting Wild Wednesday this afternoon from 4-5PM for kids aged 6-10.  A naturalist from the Lookout Mountain Nature Center will discuss an environmental topic.
