In response to the recent snow storm and the large amount of tree damage as a result, the City of Golden will temporarily open the vacant lot located at 1255 Catamount Drive (map) for resident tree branch disposal. The lot will be open from Saturday, March 26 to Sunday, April 3. If you miss this opportunity, residents can also bring tree branches to Golden’s Community Pride Days, which takes place on Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1, also on Catamount Drive. You must have proof of residency to participate. Any questions, contact Paul Burkholder at 303-384-8140.
